RETURN YOUR WALKING PAD

Dear Customer, if you purchased a product from a retailer or another website, please contact them directly for return instructions. However, if you purchased your product directly from our site, please carefully read our return and refund policy below.

If you are not satisfied with your Walking Pad, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. However, due to the size and weight of our products, WalkingPad cannot refund shipping or delivery fees in the following cases:

• Accidental order.
• Better price available elsewhere.
• No specific reason provided for the return.
• The product is no longer needed or desired.
• The product is incompatible or unsuitable for its intended use.
• Product damaged by the customer.

Please also ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@runpads.com. You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase along with the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, our after-sales team will provide you with return instructions.

After receiving and inspecting the returned treadmill, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, provided the treadmill meets our return criteria.

Partial refunds (if applicable) will only be issued under the following conditions:

• The product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not caused by us.
• The product is returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
• Any accessory orders.

If the return is initiated by the customer, the shipping costs will be borne by them. These costs depend on the courier service you choose.

If, for reasons attributable to us, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the customer is not responsible for shipping costs.

RETURN PROCESS

If you wish to return the product within 30 days of the delivery date, please email support@runpads.com, mentioning your order number or any other contact information provided when placing the order.

Based on the information provided, our team will confirm your return request. As part of the return process, we may also ask for additional information, such as images of the packaging and equipment. Before sending you the return label via email, we will confirm any return fees that may apply.

Once we receive and verify your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. You will also receive information regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.

The refund will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within 3 to 5 days after the returned package has been received at our return center.

RunPads will refund the difference if an item purchased from our official store is available at a lower price. This policy is available within 2 weeks of your purchase. Due to different versions of RunPads in various countries, price protection is only valid for the same country and version.
